“I had a very bad accident out of state in December. The Erie Insurance team and the adjusters were wonderful! The lady that hit me in my new car didn’t have insurance. She called safe auto to obtain an insurance policy at the scene after police were called so she didn’t get a ticket. Safe auto verified that she called for a policy 10 minutes after police were called about accident. They denied all claims. Erie has and is still working on getting restitution from her but in the meantime they have me in a rental til my car is fixed and paying for all my medical bills. They have been very prompt and kind thru all of this nightmare. I will post again to let you all know what the final outcome is. I recommend Service First LLC and Erie Insurannce team to everyone! Very easy to handle everything even if out of state accident happens. 😊”
