When Erie Insurance first entered the Kentucky market Service 1st Insurance‘s founder, John Zirnheld, decided to start his own independent insurance agency.

John loves the insurance industry and as insurance adviser he loves protecting people. He wants his clients to understand how their insurance products work and what insurance could do for them in the case of an emergency or accident.

Growing up in Louisville, Kentucky and graduating from Western Kentucky University (with a BA in Marketing), John is a local in the area and knows the best way to service his clients. Having lived in Mt. Washington, Kentucky since 2011 he is an established member of the community and understands how to provide insurance to his friends and clients alike.
